"As some of you may know, I am part-English and part-Irish." John Kerry
1984.

Kerry's ancestry is actually Jewish Czech and Hungarian, but his claim
certainly played well to the large Irish population in Massachusetts.

There are hundreds more if you care to search.

Interesting revelation about you that that you include a religious
reference in your comment about Kerry. Well, not so interesting...and
not really unexpected, not from right-wing trash like you.

Hmmm. John Fitzgerald Kennedy once claimed "Ich bin ein Berliner..." and
that claim played quite well in Berlin. Do you suppose that upset his
Irish ancestors back home in Boston?

What a pack of losers you righties are...

What are you going to do when your dumb boy in the white house gets his
butt beat this fall? Declare martial law?

If the number of OT political posts you make to this NG trying to sway
opinion to the left is any indication, GWB is going to win in a landslide.

Once more, concrete-for-brains, I have NO interest in swaying the
opinion of anyone in this newsgroup to the center or even to the left. I
have stated this any number of times.

As I stated previously, it is quite telling that you feel it necessary
to point out what you believe is the religion of some of Kerry's
ancestors. So tell us, do you believe it was Kerry's Czech ancestors who
were Jewish or were Kerry's Hungarian ancestors Jewish? If they were,
what significance does that have? And, if they were, does that have any
signifance in correlation to the fact that his wife, if I recall, is an
African?

Your lying boy Bush is going out on the trash heap in November, Jimmy,
and then what will you do?

You are not worth the time to try to explain it to. It obviously went over
your head the first time.

Where did you get this trash? There's no lie here. Kerry didn't learn of
his grandmother's Jewish heritage until the *late* 1980s. Many Jewish
immigrants of that era changed their names.

First, Kerry told us this:

"(W)e need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal, murderous dictator,
leading an oppressive regime. We all know the litany of his offenses. He
presents a particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone
to miscalculation. ...And now he is miscalculating America’s response to his
continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction.
That is why the world, through the United Nations Security Council, has
spoken with one voice, demanding that Iraq disclose its weapons programs and
disarm. So the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is
real, but it is not new. It has been with us since the end of the Persian
Gulf War." -- John Kerry, Jan 23, 2003

"The threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real, but
as I said, it is not new. It has been with us since the end of that war, and
particularly in the last 4 years we know after Operation Desert Fox failed
to force him to reaccept them, that he has continued to build those weapons.
He has had a free hand for 4 years to reconstitute these weapons, allowing
the world, during the interval, to lose the focus we had on weapons of mass
destruction and the issue of proliferation." -- John Kerry, October 9, 2002

"I will be voting to give the president of the United States the authority
to use force - if necessary - to disarm Saddam Hussein because I believe
that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a real
and grave threat to our security." -- John F. Kerry, Oct 2002

-------------------------------------------------------

Now, Kerry tells us this:

June 2003:

"He (Bush) misled every one of us. I will not let him off the hook
throughout this campaign with respect to America's credibility and
credibility to me because if he lied he lied to me personally"

You haven't yet explained why you think it necessary to point out what
you believe to be the religion of Kerry's ancestors. My suspicion
is that you ain't man enough to admit you, like most of this country's
crazed conservatives, dislike Jews.

It's the Irish part he was flaunting to capture the votes of the large Irish
population in his State.

He certainly knew his grandparents were not Irish.

The point is, why should anyone care about the religion of Kerry's

Jim-- took issue with Kerry's veracity. The point of my post was to
defend this false accusation, not a genealogical resume.
