Best way to empty built in fuel tank

The length of the run doesn't much matter. And you don't have to
create the siphon action by pulling the liquid through, like with your
mouth! You can simply fill the hose with liquid, hold your thumb over
one end, put the other end in the tank, then go down hill, and take
your thumb off.

Oh, I know all this. BTDT I guess you'll just have to take my word for it
that in this particular case, siphoning's a big hassel and I'd rather use a
pump, which is why I was trying to find out if anyone had any suggestions in
that area. Thanks anyway.
