Default Colvic Sailer 29' 9" Project how much to do it??? (long)

I have the opportunity to make an offer on a colvic sailer 29' 9"
moulded in 1980 but never completed.

The details are below as to whats included in the sale and what state
the boat is in. The big question is - How much should I offer for it,
and how much (ballpark figure) might it cost to finish it. There are no

sails or mast for it at the moment. Any comments appreciated, as I know

this probably sounds like 'how much is a piece of string'!

All items have been in storage since acquisition.
The decked hull has been stored in the open, in the garden, beside the
house. The deck openings have been closed, ventilation is provided.
NO CUT OR DRILLING has been made on the hull or deck since delivery
from Colvic Ltd, apart from 1 small hole for hull drainage and one
small hole to provide cockpit drainage. i.e. no work has been done in
part completion of the hull, it stands as delivered from colvic ltd.
Apart from being a bit dirty, the hull stands as good as new and a wipe

on the side reveals a smooth gloss GRP surface.
The hull has been supported since new in the same position and in the
trailer cradle. The trailer was stripped after arrival, wheels, hubs,
brakes, springs and axles have been stored indoors since then. The
trailer will need some work and attention to assemble, and could be
better a coat of paint. All other items have been stored indoors.
