Default To those folks here who.............

......care more about finger pointing and making this hurricane disaster
political in nature than trying to offer help (financial or otherwise) I
have this to say to you:

Shame on you.

There will be plenty of time for finger pointing and laying blame to one
person or another once this is all sorted out....most importantly once those
in need are attended to and the dead are found and buried.

Until then, kindly shut your pie hole.

If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem.

Tom this post was not directed at you but the folks here who have posted
numerous politically motivated cut 'n pastes without showing any regard for
those suffering or the dead, all of whom have yet to be recovered.

I sense the same frustration in your post from 6:46 this morning.

How do you know who has, or has not contributed to aid agencies for
those suffering? Just because people do or don't approve of the job the
government is doing for relief has absolutely no bearing on whether or
not they are helping, and thus, "showing regard" for those suffering.

I sent a nice fat check to the Red Cross. Does that entitle me to comment on
the government?

Only if you're willing to accept the risk of JimH excommunicating you.

You can be sure they are salivating in the Halliburton board room...

Tell you what, Krause. You prove to "the reasonable man standard" that you
are currently housing seven Katrina refugees (a claim you made is a recent
post) and that your wife is a medical
doctor and I'll overnight a certified check for $1,000 to the Katrina
charity of your choice. Forget about proving all the other claims you have
made on this newsgroup. Just prove these two and let me have the address of
your charity of choice.

You need an incentive to make a donation to, say, the Salvation Army?
Lowlife.

How 'bout it Krause? I'll even make the donation in your name. All you
have to do is prove two simple claims that you have make he (1) that you
are currently housing seven Katrina refugees, and (2) that your wife is a
medical doctor. Forget about all the other claims. Prove those two things
and my certified check for $1,000 will be overnighted to the Katrina charity
of your choice.

I don't play footsie with right-wing scumbags.

If you have a grand to spare, you ought to send it to the Salvation Army,
or something like that.

So you're unwilling to prove that (1) you are currently housing seven
Katrina refugees and (1) your wife is an MD for the sake of a $1,000
donation to the Salvation Army?
