Default Carb Help

Carb was flooding after engine was turned off so i took carb apart,
soaked it in cleaner and put it back together. Blasted insides good
with compressed air. New base gasket, air horn gasket, venturi gluster
gasket were installed.

Now the boat starts fine but will only idle for a minute or so and it
quits. Tried several different setting on idle mixture screw. (2 turns
is normal right?) Also doesnt seem to rev up very well either and it
cuts out under part throttle also. Will never run for more than a
minute or so. Seems fine will its idleing, then it just quits.

Boat is 1999 Sea Ray 190CC with 4.3l 2bl mercarb. Any ideas on what I
did wrong or overlook? Thanks in advance.
