I have an Older 4 horse Evinrude motor. Model # CE4BRCDE that I need any
information on. Starting with the year of this model. I do have a running
question & that is if I run it full speed it works fine then it starts to
slow down & stalls. If you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated

The motor you have is a 1986 if it has been sitting for a long time make
sure the carburetor is clean take it off and ck it out also make sure your
water pump is working.

I would rebuild the fuel pump too. Those diaphragms don't like sitting
around.

Use good oil, TCW-3, mixed 50:1. It sounds like you might be a little lean.
