My aerator pump (new from Wally World) is difficult to get started pumping
water. Does anyone have any tips on how to get it to start while on the water? Currently I have to repeatedly turn the pump on then throttle up the boat to try and force water into pump from the back of the boat. Sometimes I have luck getting it started by switching the pump on just prior to throttling back and allowing the wake to catch the transom to force water in. I was wondering If I should rig a primer bulb inline before the pump to get the water to the pump... Any help? |
