Suprised this morning when I saw a sister boat to mine on the front page
of our local newspaper.
Her owner is a regular contributor to a newsgroup dedicated to our
boats...and it's one of the few Sandpipers around here. The vast
majority of sailors here prefer larger, full keel boats for sailing on
the North Atlantic.
