Unfortunately, none of it pertains to me.


Try changing your engine RPM next time it happens. It's a long shot
but you could be experiencing alternator or ignition interference.
DGPS receivers are particularly prone to that sort of thing since the
differental transmitters operate in the long wave spectrum.
