Default Who are the most unusual and/or charismatic folks..............

.........who used to, but no longer, contribute to this NG?

I read Eisboch asking about Marcus recently. Is he one of them?

I guess Skipper would be numero uno on this list..........correct?

Basskisser hands down. His intellect knows no bounds.

I'd put Karen second on that list - the woman is brilliant.

Oh wait, you said no longer here.

Hmmmm.....

Got nuttin...

Bassy will always be a legend of his own (fill in the blank).

And he is and always will be *our* Bassy. ;-)

I don't know about Skipper, but I think one of the funniest, long running
threads ever posted on this NG was the great bilge pump debate between
Marcus and Mrs. B. I forget who Mrs B. was but I remember she submitted a
picture of a weird, Rube Goldberg type contraption as her "boat" on the
original "Boats of Rec.Boats" website.

I vote for JimH. He is the most lying, untruthful, nasty little guy
here. He'll stop at nothing to try and make himself look like something
special, including spreading lies and untruthful allegations about your
wife, and your family.

Marcus was very knowledgeable, but he wasn't an unusual or charismatic
character. He was just a really nice guy.

Skipper was unusual, to say the least. But we've had a lot of unusual
posters here. The weirdest has to be Crazy Larry, the resident
schizophrenic.

What about that crazy Thai who was stalking you, Harry? What was his name?

He used a lot of ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, in his paragraphs.

Tuuk was up there with the best of those who could **** people off. He was
able to **** off most folks on *both* sides of an issue.
