Harry,
Around here, there's a local guy is the worst to try to sell a new vehicle to. He rants and raves and dickers about pricing almost to the point of being an emberrassment. He even goes as far as telling the dealer to take their name sticker off the back. He says, either that or knock off another $100.00. He then tells them that he's not advertising for them, unless they want to pay him cash, or give him an additional discount. Man! Harry Krause wrote: The consortium of local FORD dealers sent me an email offering me 0% financing on any 06 or 07 model for SIX years AFTER I make my best deal offer. I'm holding out for a better offer. I think FORD should give me a new truck and pay me monthly for storage charges. That, and a fuel allowance, and I might just stop by and see the dealers. |

I agree with the guy. If the dealership wants me to advertise for them
they can pay me. Also, I don't buy tee shirts from commercial businesses, if you want me to advertise for you then give me the tee shirt for free. Wow ...that advertising would be worth more than the Super Bowl spots! I'm surprised more business don't line up to offer you free merchandise. |

I thought Bert was still under exclusive contract to the Acme Septic Tank Scouring Service. His famous face is still on their billboards, tongue to concrete. All you and Don need is another participant and you can start your circle jerk. |

Ignore them and let them look foolish. |

And as low on the totem pole as Bertie is, Reggie is standing underneath him, catching the drippings, as it were. Harry, you and Don are such neat guys! -- ****************************************** ***** Have a super day! ***** ****************************************** John |
