Default New Binoculars

Got a good deal on EBAY a few days ago for a pair of brand new
electronically stabilized Fujinon 14 x 40s. Practical Sailor raved
about them in a recent test so I just had to get a pair.

After a quick 30 minute evaluation outside on the boat, I can
unequivocally say that these things are the greatest. The
stabilization feature can be switched on and off at the push of a
button, and the difference is like night and day. Can't wait to try
them out while underway.

Cool - I've got to get me some of them. Those are the best from
what I've read because the use an active gyro system I believe
while Nikon and Canon use the wet bag system which isn't as
relilable as I understand it.

Ebay huh? Hmmm...

Practical Sailor rated the Fujinon stabilization technology best in
class, way ahead of everyone else. It certainly is impressive to
press the button and all of a sudden everything is steady as a rock.

I've used stabilized models before, their probably fine on a sail
boat, under sail, but on a power boat, moving around a lot, they were
useless.

I have a 60,000 lb stabilized power boat, doesn't move around too much
under most conditions.
