If you have a 115 four stroke your hose will cover the pee hole. If you
use muffs, you will get a stream.

Thanks for the reply, When I attach the muffs there is no stream either , we

you recommend?

By pump do you mean impeller? If that was also replaced you might try a
new set of muffs. I have better luck with the type where the hose
attaches to the back and feeds water to both sides. The single-sided
type doesn't work well on my 115 for some reason.

Thanks Again, After replacing the impeller and the thermostat we were still
getting no stream and we have the two sided muffs , we learned that if the
motor has been out of the water for a while ( year and a half) that you have
to put it under a load to reprime the cooling system. We took it to the lake
yesterday and it streams like a new motor. So we are back to fishing, I
appreciate your comments-Keith
