Is Arizona still leaking oil after almost 65 years?

It's easy to understand and respect leaving the ship in place as a
tomb and memorial to the sailors who died aboard her during Pearl
Harbor. Eventually she will rust away, just like a coffin buried in
the ground ultimately decomposes. I'm surprised that repsect for the
heroic deceased might extend so far that the Navy wouldn't remove
potentially dangerous materials (unexploded ordinance?) or sources of
pollution.
