Found it very interesting that the Tribe's front two on the mound
folded up like tissue paper.

The bats finally came alive - that's for sure.

Should be a fun game tonight with Dice Clay Mitsubishi on the mound
for the Sox - he of one bad inning fame.

If he can hold it together and not "nibble" the plate, the Sox have an
advantage.

We'll see.

They've recovered well, but everything is on the line tonight. I kinda wish
they would drop him from the lineup for this game. He has a bad habit of
allowing a bunch of early inning runs.

Either way, it should be a good game.

You need to get out more and walk Sam.

You're right. Oct 23rd is the day I go back to my winter regiment.
Outdoor walks/jogs until the weather gets too cold then back to the
treadmill, elliptical and weight machines. I started on that date last year
(along with a strict diet) and dropped the 65 lbs. I stopped last April
basically to take a break and enjoy the summer. Since April, I've gained
17-18 lbs back which isn't too bad, considering many people, including my
doctor, felt I had dropped too much. This time the diet won't be as severe,
but I'll do the exercise routines like before.
