And to add insult to injury, he sued the person taking the video for
invasion of privacy. Do not remember the outcome. But he is still employed
from what I here. Big mistake by the employer.


I understood he was fired for not disclosing to his employer the fact
that he had shot himself. That may, or may not, be true.

His attempt was to sue the DEA (not the photographer), since it
appears that they had exclusive control of the video and subsequently
released it.

However, like most pro se complaints, it is just saber rattling....
probably, in this case, out of a deep sense of embarrassment. Without
any claim for relief it is pretty evident he is blaming everybody but
himself for the accident.... and the action is sure to fail.
