Nice problem to have!

You don't understand. It *is* a problem.

Mrs.E. has very little interest in boats anymore. She's too involved with
her horses, etc.
So, when the subject comes up about a new boat .... I've lost all my
leverage regarding budgets.

Still working on the problem.

Eisboch.

The horse thing is a problem for sure, perhaps insurmountable.

Been there, huh?

Big problem? You have a boat up for sale and you got a legit offer?

That would be two boats sold in a couple of months - you are doing
better than most brokers.

Tell them you are selling the motor seperately.

Just tell her if you sell the horses, there would be more than enough
room in the budget for a new boat.

It would be simpler to invent perpetual motion.

You don't suggest to a horse lover that she should "sell" her horses.
My oldest son, with two girls, is scared **** that he's going to inherit
them.

Has Mrs. E ever shown you the vet bills?

Clearly you need a boat with more horse power.

Those olde English canals and canal towns are way cool. One of my
ambitions is to do a canal cruise through southern France.

The guy next to me has a 33 SeaRay and his wife's girlfriend got her
into horses.
Now she has a trailer, two horses, etc.
She gets up super early before work to do whatever people do with
horses at dawn.

I haven't seen his wife out at the boat in a year and a half.

I'm sure you'll have better luck.

Story sounds very familiar.

BTW .... I know what people do with horses at dawn. It ain't pretty.
