They're obsessed.

I once asked a world renowned intellect why my friends who'd been
consumed with drugs had swung wildly to Jesus. His answer: "People
need something to do."

What these simpletons have to do is Harry. Without him there's a void
since they only know how to react. Creating anything is beyond their
ability.

Hope you're well Don.

Things are going well here... except for the weather.
Every weekend tends to be rainy & cool, although that shouldn't bother me
too much since I'm retired.
I'm getting excited about boating again...even though it will be on a noisy
open aluminum boat this year.
What's happening out your way?

What a notion, retirement!!!

I'm busy making a living, hoping to salt enough money for kid's
college and retirement, wondering if it'll ever come. May move
directly from working to the old folks home.

Dreaming about boating again but have nothing more than a dinghy right
now. Can't image power boating given the pump prices -- I'm no blow
boater...

Thinking single screw diesel but then would have to relearn how to
maneuver... suppose a couple of thrusters might cure the anxiety. The
only thing I'd have to get past at that point is get home power.
Paddling 20K+ lb. isn't a good option.

Are you a Great Lakes guy or further east?

What a joke!
Ever since Harry moved onward & upward to 'Chucks Place', a number of
derelicts here in wrecked.boats have been floundering ....
they keep bringing up his name and talking about him...willing him to
come back and pay them the attention they so lack in their everday

Sad and pathetic, but understandable from the content of their posts.

#1 What the hell are you talking about? This was a response to Harry (who
can't seem to leave here). You never have been able to read very well.

#2 Your master can defend himself without the help of his diligent puppy.

#3 Leave. Again.

Better learn some manners or we'll have to come back and teach you some.
If you kept your trolling/agitating/inciting away from Chucks Place, we
would be happy to do the same here.

Really - a threat? Who is "we", Don?

You can't properly raise a child yet you want to play net cop here.

If you don't pay attention to my posts, how in the hell would you know
that I "sure tries"?

Yup...as far east as you can go without getting wet....... unless you want
to get wet.
Hockey fans might be interested to know that I was in my brother-in-laws
skybox this afternoon watching Canada beat Finland at the world Hockey
Championships.
Had a better seat than Prime Minister Stephen Harper or our Premier
'Fiddlin' Rodney MacDonald. who were down below us sittin' with the common
folk.

We've had rain for the past three days, pretty heavy at times, and it is
expected to continue for two more days. Cool temps, too...down in the
low 50's right next to Chesapeake Bay. Walked down to the Bay earlier
today, and water was lapping near the tops of the bulkheads. Thought I
saw a "coastal flood warning" on the tube an hour or so ago.

I mowed my lawn Friday. By the time it dries out, it'll be two feet tall.- Hide quoted text -

Harry, you don't care about hearing about other people's goings if
it's not about boats, why would you think we cared about yours? Go
trim your hedges and then tell Chuck's group all about it.

You have the mind of a child. I never named names so it's interesting
that you have identified yourself as one of the three idiots.

Now, Donnie, how am I the "cause of us coming back"? That's pathetic at
best and you are, once again, taking the position of the speaker for
your little gang who are probably unwilling to run to your defense on
this bizarre post.

No apologies are appropriate, Donnie.
