a message from my wife...
I hear that radiation will really tire her out, but if she's feeling
up to it, looks like we'll do some boating this July 4 weekend. ............... Hey Folks, It has been a while since I wrote last. The last chemo I had really took the wind out of my sails. But, I am finally beginning to feel better yesterday and today. Also, I had a cat scan and a pet scan last week. I went today to get measured for radiation and found out the results of the scans. The chemo is working! The cancer appears to be in remission. Since it is in the lymph nodes, we will do the conventional radiation and the phase III research IV radiation. This will up my chances statistically of minimizing the chances of the cancer reoccuring. I told someone today except that this was cancer and not feeling well so much of the time, this has been a great experience. God has taken me on a growth journey that I do not think would have happened had it not been for this illness. This part has been such an incredible blessing. I thank each of you because I know it has been your prayers, kindnesses and expressions of concern that has made it possible for me to let go of the control and let God lead me through this. I Love you all! Bridget |

I Love you all! Bridget Thanks for the update, Bridget. You remind me much of my daughter. Somehow you two manage to stay in decent spirits and on top of the situation. You both do it much better than we men could! You're in our prayers! John and Sandy |
