I got their email and went to look at the online version. Did not
find myself overly impressed with the format. I found many of the
pages were white blank pages.

did try to read the article on Sunscreen. Odd format was a bit
blurry too. May just be the zoom in on the scan of the magazine.

Not going to give up my paper magazine yet.

The on-line version is no better than ok in terms of on-screen quality.
Heck, the printed version is low-quality four color, just this side of
adequate for a magazine. I'm not talking about the editorial quality of
the articles, just the "reproduction."

Do you have your monitor resolution set to it's native resolution? On my
20" monitor it looks great and highly doubt that it's scanned.

1600x1200

Is that the native resolution and also the resolution you are displaying?

Yup...and I didn't say or imply it was a "scan."

The scan comment referred to a few lines above your response. Excuse me.

Looks just fine on mine - very sharp and perfectly readable.

It helps if you enlarge it of course.

I find mine in my mailbox.

Totally irresponsible contribution to global warming. You're probably
justifiably ashamed of yourself!

I recycle the mag, and do not use it in the fireplace. So no global
warming, except if it is recycled into insulation.
