Go figure. :) Nothing like a couple of eggs over medium and then sprinkled generously with Tabasco sauce. Sorta wakes you up. BTW .... I also like Brussels Sprouts cooked until they just get tender, then semi saturated with vinegar. Vinegar is like wine; all sorts of varieties. mmmmmmsproutsandvinegar.... I like the cider vinegars mostly. We have a local variety from Woodstock Orchards that is delicious - you can almost drink it straight. :) Couple of towns over, there is an orchard that makes a pear vinegar which is, to put it mildly, interesting. |

Brussel sprouts are about the only veggie I have never liked. I think a lot of it has to do with their aroma. I use a bit of Tabasco sauce when I fry light flavored fish. Ever visit Avery Island in Louisiana. where Tabasco is made? It's a couple hours west of New Orleans, and gives you another excuse to drive around in Louisiana, as if anyone needed one. Nope. Been to New Orleans twice, once for a week during a trade show/conference. None of us spent much time at the conference. Second trip was to take Mrs.E. Quite a city and a lot of fun. I got a kick out of visiting the Superdome as well. It was empty and a few of us took the tour. All the seats had a shadow-like image designed into the backs of the chairs. The tour guide explained that the shadow made the place appear to be filled to capacity to viewers watching on TV. Yep. I haven't been back in almost 35 years unfortunately. Someday I will. |

If you make it back to LA, you need to visit the Bayou area. As great as the cooking is in NO, the real Cajun and creole cooking is outside of NO and Baton Rouge. I loved talking to the natives in Lafayette and New Iberia and the food is unfrickingbelievable. |

Speaking of sucking genetals.. Clinton gave Haliburton no-bid contracts in the Balkans too, idiot.. Fact is, no one else does what Haliburton does so it's a no brainer.... |

The word is spelled genitals, not genetals. I spelled properly for you. Are you such a ****-poor reader you cannot even copy the spelling of a word spelled out for you? Learn to read. When you do, I'll take your crap a bit more seriously. This is not the first time you have demonstrated your near-illiteracy. Oh...you misspelled Halliburton, too.
