Woke up, exercised (lifting some 38000lbs), took the trailer back to the
storage lot, hit 120 balls, and just washed the 4Runner. Saw a few second hand Harrytales, and realized that JimH has apparently forgiven Shortwave his egregious transgressions. Jimh must have realized that Tom was right all along, besides being right, that is. Life is good. It doesn't get much better. Get it? Eh? |

Eleven different exercises, weights ranging from 40 to 160 lbs, reps from 35 to 45. All the machines connected to a computer which tracks everything. The machines even tell you to slow down when necessary. The system is called Fitlinxx and the machines are all Cybex. Here's August's data: Exercise Visits Reps Sets Ave Wt(lbs.) Tot Wt(lbs.) I don't think I told the fitness instructor about it when she set up the program. Thanks for the good eyes! |

Um...if you want a bit of unsolicited advice, I'd take that routine and show it to your physician. There are several items there that would make me a little leery - like the rotations and lower body presses. Not a professional opinion - just saying. |

He knows I'm doing exercise machines, and didn't mention any restrictions other than squatting with a heavy load. |
