Here are two indictments, convictions and jail time...

Article Quoted:

"However, two years ago in response to a complaint by U.S. Rep. Jim Gerlach,
a Chester County Republican who represents part of Berks, detectives charged
two people with creating 29 phony registrations to collect a cash bonus from
a group conducting a registration drive.

Wendy Godfrey, 42, of Leesport was sentenced in March to 23 days to one year
in county prison after pleading guilty to tampering with public records.
Court records did not provide a street address for her.
Richard W. Brown Jr., 37, of the 400 block of South Third Avenue, West
Reading, was sentenced in February to 146 days to 23 months in county
prison.

The Association of Communities for Reform Now, or ACORN, paid Brown $313,
which included an hourly rate and a bonus. He shared the money with Godfrey.

The organization is under investigation elsewhere in Pennsylvania and in
other states."

"The indictment should be with Acorn leaders."

Have any of the Acorn leaders been indicted or are they just going
after individual canvassers that broke the law?

Now, I keep waiting for someone to explain how these registration of
Mickey Mouse and Tony Romo will actually translate into real voter
fraud.

Also, Top Posting is considered poor netiquette. This is USenet, not
Email.

So is cross-posting to

alt.machines.cnc, misc.survivalism, rec.crafts.metalworking,
alt.impeach.bush, rec.boats, alt.usenet.kooks, rec.bicycles.racing
on unrelated topics in their respected forums.

But only a select few seem to enjoy such, so why should, or would they
be concerned with any "Top Posting netiquette?"
