I purchased a 2004 25 HP Mercury short-shaft, tiller control, pull
start engine and then determined that the boat it was mounted on was
unsafe.

This engine has 15 minutes logged on it, has the original bolts and
accessories in the original packaging, 6 gallon gas tank, fuel line, 3
year warranty card, and owner's manual. It is all absoulutely new; not
a scratch on it.
