Torbay, Devon. General view of Dartmouth. In the harbour we see several shots of the Amerigo Vespucci being prepared by Italian naval crew for a tall ships race from Torbay to Dieppe via Ushant. Sailors climb the rigging and haul ropes. The German ship Gorch Fock is prepared by her West German Navy crew. Several L/Ss of the ships moving out to the starting point in Tor Bay.
