Texas Kayak Builders Bash -- May 22, 2004
 

A Texas Kayak Builder's Bash will be held on Saturday, May 22 at White
Rock Lake in Dallas. Kayak builders will gather to show their boats
and talk about building kayaks and canoes.

Boat builders are encouraged to please bring their boats to display.
The general public is invited to browse the display boats between 11
a.m. and 4 p.m. between the two sailing clubs at the lake.

We're expecting a variety of boats made using various construction
techniques. Some kayaks will be available to try out on the lake, and
there will be some rolling and rescue demonstrations. There are no
fees for this event.
