Default Charlie Munsey lecture tour details

I spoke to my friend Whit Deshner in the States and asked him about
Charlies talk. Whit is a star lecturer himself and paddlers may
remember his hilarious UK tour a few years ago.

Whit drove 3 hours to see Charlies talk and said it was well worth the
drive. He highly recommended it so I agreed to organise the Keswick
talk. Our publicity reads:

'Wild and Wet - Kayaking
the World's Biggest Gorges'
A slide presentation by top international kayaker Charlie Munsey.

Charlie is a renowned international white water kayaker and professional
photographer and in this talk he recounts his adventures on some of the
World's deepest, biggest, and wildest gorges. He was the official
photographer for the 2002 Tsangpo International kayak expedition in
Tibet (the 'Everest of white water rivers') and was also on trips with
Gerry Moffatt on the Stikine, Alsek, and Susitna rivers in Alaska -
filmed for National Geographic TV.

This Keswick lecture is a rare opportunity to share the experiences and
enjoy the stunning photography of one of the world's top kayakers.
Charlie is on a two week UK lecture tour leading up to a keynote lecture
at the National Outdoor show at the NEC.

Tickets £4.00 in advance, £5.50 on the door.
Please book to be sure of a seat! The Moot Hall is in the centre of
Keswick High Street, two minutes from main car parks (free parking after
7.0.p.m)
Doors open 7.40. p.m. Tea & coffee available.

Tel: 017687 79797 for tickets and information.

Hosted by West Cumbria Canoe Club
Sponsored by: Carlisle Canoes.

Should be a great show.
